The meals we offer contain, or can contain, several allergens belonging to the 14 typologies of allergens specified in the Annex II of the Reg. According to the Regulation (CE) 853/2004 – Annex III, section VIII, chapter 3, Part D, Nr. 3, raw or partially raw fish for food is subjected to blast chilling process. Some food may have been subjected to blast freezing.
